Ingredients

Avocado (butter fruit) – 1
Onions, finely chopped – ¾ cup
Green chilies – 3-5 finely chopped
Lemon juice – 1 – 2tbsp
Cilantro – for garnish
Salt – to taste

Procedure:

Cut the avocado in half till you hit the seed. Twist to separate the seed from the fruit. Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado pulp. Discard the skin and keep the seed.

Add the remaining ingredients to the avocado pulp and beat it to desired consistency.

Leave the seed in, along with the guacamole to prevent it from turning black.

Variations:

You can adjust the amount of green chili to suit your spice.
