Papdi chaat or sev puri – snack under 10 minutes

This recipe is a very quick and instant chaat that can be made under 5 minutes. It makes a wonderful combination with tea or coffee especially when you want some very quick snack for your evenings. You need just a few ingredients for this recipe and you can also use your very own sauces or ketchups for this.

There are many variations to this recipe. You can serve it as a bite-size recipe or you can place the papdis in a bowl and top them with the ingredients all at once and drizzle some sauce over it. I made it like this but you can make it in anyway you are interested in.
