Veggie Sandwich

This is a very healthy sandwich made with a whole lot of vegetables and the best thing about this recipe is we can add any vegetable of our liking to make the patty. The crunch of the cabbage along with the soft bread and the mustard really tickles your palate for more πŸ™‚

There is another patty recipe in my site – Oats patty for burgers and sandwiches made with a healthy combination of oats and vegetables.
