This is my first post on smoothies and shakes. I never actually make them at home because of their high calories. Once in a while, if I really want to satisfy my chocolate cravings I usually have it over the weekend. There was some chocolate cake leftover in my pantry from last week’s failed attempt to prepare Swiss roll 🙂 So I thought a smoothie would be a good option.

Ingredients
Leftover Cake – 4 pieces (I used chocolate cake)
Instant coffee powder – ½ tsp
Milk – ¼ cup (cold or at room temperature)
Water – 3 tbsp
Biscuit/chocolate chips/sprinkles – for topping
Procedure:
- Boil the water and add instant coffee powder to it. Remove from heat and let it cool. Alternately you can use espresso.
- Blend together the cake, milk and coffee until the liquid is smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top it with biscuit or sprinkles. A very easy chocolate drink is ready in minutes.
What? I cant see these things!! This is a sin 😮
