I rarely make parathas at home, but when I do I prefer serving them with perugu pachadi (spiced yogurt). This way I need not prepare 2 different dishes and my work gets done quickly 🙂
I prepared banana cake yesterday as a snack and so I packed parathas with cake today. But you can substitute it with curd rice or pickle or even juice. Instead of perugu pachadi you may also use raita or green chutney.
