Ingredients:
Potatoes – 1 cup (cut into long strips)
Pepper – to taste
Salt – to taste
Oil spray
Procedure:
- Blanch the potatoes in boiling water (add pinch of salt to water) for about 2-3 minutes until the potatoes cook slightly. Drain the water and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
- Take a baking plate and cover with aluminum foil. Spray oil over the foil so that the potatoes do not stick.
- Spread the potatoes over the baking sheet and spray oil over them, if desired.
- Place them in an oven pre-heated to 200° C for about 10 minutes or until a nice browning appears on the potatoes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle some pepper and salt.
