Today I prepared a very special Indian vegetarian menu for my hubby dear. As its Father’s day, I wanted to cook something very special and so prepared these delicious buffet like spread in the comfort of my kitchen 🙂
Ever since we moved to Canada last year, we have been missing Flechazo style elaborate buffets that include multiple starters, main course and several desserts to choose from. These were our favorite eatout options for special days. So today, I wanted him to feel special with these yummy and restaurant style recipes 🙂
Items on menu today —
Drink – strawberry lemonade
Starters – aloo lollipop, papdi chaat, chilli gobi
Main course – soft noodles, jeera rice, naan, carrot raita, chole masala, malai kofta
Dessert – fruit salad, rice kheer, gulab jamun
