Ingredients:
Mango – 1 large (preferably juicy)
Milk – 2 cups
Sugar – ¼ cup
Corn starch – 3 tbsp
Water – 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts, Almonds, Cinnamon – to garnish
Procedure:
- Blend mango pulp, milk and sugar into a smooth mixture.
- Mix corn starch and water to make a smooth paste. Add this to the mango mixture.
- Heat a sauce pan and let the mango mixture come to a boil. Keep stirring continuously so that it does not stick to the bottom.
- After about 10 minutes, it should thicken to a dropping consistency.
- Pour it into serving bowls and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- Garnish with cinnamon and roasted nuts of your choice and serve chilled.
