Hi Friends..!! Welcome to PK’s Kitchen Equations.

For people who are not sure what PK is?? Well, I am Poojita Krishna (PK) and hence the name PK’s Kitchen Equations πŸ™‚

To give a slight introduction about myself, I was born and brought up in Visakhapatnam, India and my life simply revolved around career and home until my marriage. With a post graduation in engineering, I never ever had the slightest idea that I would be launching my food website one day. But, I guess that’s what life is all about, unexpected turns and twists πŸ˜€

Marriage really triggered the foodie in me and I started enjoying my time in the kitchen. My loving husband, Krishna is a very good cook himself and so we started keeping a collection of all the recipes we experimented. Then one wonderful day, he gave me the idea of starting a food blog and in no time, it was in effect. My food motto is simple… follow no rules, no right ingredients and no measures… just select, mix, cook and eat…. As simple as that!!! πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

While cooking was fun, one big problem was finding the right ingredients. Lot of recipes need ingredients that may not be available to us. Often in such cases, I experiment with the next best available one and if it comes well, I immediately note it down. All the recipes shared in my site are tried and tasted ones, few are my own creations and several are modified versions of basic recipes. When it comes to cooking, I do things ‘hatke’ (off-course). I love mixing up and playing with my ingredients and that is very much visible in my recipes too πŸ™‚

Do stay connected with PK’s Kitchen Equations as I share with you all my food equations for your yummy tummy reactions πŸ™‚

And do not forget to subscribe with your e-mail on the site’s Home Page to stay updated with all my recipes. Stay tuned !!
