Aloo Jeera (Potatoes sauteed in cumin seeds and Indian spices)

Aloo Jeera is a very basic and quick-to-make curry perfect for lunch-box and busy days. It can be made in a jiffy and goes well with plain rice and even roti. I especially love it with curd rice. Aummmmmm…!!!! wow I am drooling πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚
