Ginger Tea (Allam Tea or Chai)

I know that many of you know how to prepare this and probably would be enjoying it regularly. It may not be rocket science, but I thought of sharing it because it is part of my everyday menu πŸ˜€ I drink 2 cups of tea a day and the evening one is always ginger tea. It makes me feel refreshed and rejuvenated especially after all the sharing and posting of my blog work πŸ™‚

Ginger tea is actually very good in medicinal aspects too. It is best to fight off cold during winters and also keeps your tummy in good condition. I add a pinch of cinnamon powder to give it a unique strength of flavor. I hope you will make this soon πŸ™‚
