This recipe is a very quick and instant chaat that can be made under 5 minutes. It makes a wonderful combination with tea or coffee especially when you want some very quick snack for your evenings. You need just a few ingredients for this recipe and you can also use your very own sauces or ketchups for this.
There are many variations to this recipe. You can serve it as a bite-size recipe or you can place the papdis in a bowl and top them with the ingredients all at once and drizzle some sauce over it. I made it like this but you can make it in anyway you are interested in.

Ingredients:
Papdi/flat savory puri – 6
Potato/aloo – 1 small (boiled, peeled and chopped)
Onion – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
Tomato – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
Amchur/dry mango powder – ½ tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (very finely chopped)
Salt – a pinch
Sev/thin bhujia – ¼ cup
Ketchup – 3 tbsp
Dahi/curd – 3 tbsp
Procedure:
- In a bowl, mix together the potato, onion, tomato, coriander, salt, amchur powder. Set aside.
- Take a papdi. Brush it with ketchup. Top it with prepared onion-tomato mixture, sev and dahi.
- Serve as a snack with hot tea!! How simple is that!!!
